The law will have to agree that what was said – or implied – WAS “nasty”.

Nasty things that are TRUE can be usually be published but there are times when you can print something that’s UNTRUE and nasty.

And – you’ve guessed it – there are times when something that’s TRUE and nasty CANNOT be published.
